Thank you for considering EZ Car Clinic for your next vehicle maintenance. We are committed to making the routine car maintenance services as convenient and transparent as possible and it starts now! We understand that spending time reading through pages upon pages of “Terms of Use” and “Policies” has never been convenient and barely anyone reads through them nonetheless understands them. We do not want you to accept our terms and conditions blindly! So, here is our short and more comprehensive “Terms of Use & Policies”.
A promise from all our team members at EZ Car Clinic to our clients:
“We strive to provide you with quality services to your satisfaction and do our very best to respond to your inquiries or concerns in a timely manner. To serve you better, we may use third party companies for our services and operation purposes however, we take our clients’ privacy very seriously and DO NOT sell or use your information for advertising or telemarketing purposes unless otherwise noted.”
In this “Terms of Use & Policies”, EZ Car Clinic LLC is referred to as "EZ Car Clinic", "EZCC", “We”, “Us”, “Our” and our customer(s) is/are referred to as “You”, “Your”, “Client”. Any repair, fix, work done, diagnostic, inspection, and service related to the booked appointment is referred to as “Service”. Technicians, mechanics, or other independent contractors who perform the Service are referred to as “Technician”. Replacement parts and material used to perform the Service are referred to as “Part”, “Material”.

Service Approval

Upon booking an appointment with EZ Car Clinic,

Client accepts Our Terms of Use & Policies.

Client agrees to receive communications via e-mails, text messages, and/or phone calls.
-
Client acknowledges one hour Technician arrival window.
-
Client approves the non-refundable cost of Initial Diagnostics/Inspection, which includes minimum Diagnostics/Inspection fee plus On-Site Service fee.

Upon accepting the Estimate, Client approves the Service and grants EZ Car Clinic and the Technician permission to operate the vehicle as necessary for repair, testing, and inspection purposes.

Client may provide partial or all Part(s) for the Service. In such an even,
-
Technician will install the Part(s) if applicable.

EZ Car Clinic Limited Warranty is void.
-
Client declines all pre/post Service testing and diagnostics.

Client is responsible to properly recycle and/or dispose of the old parts.

If for any reason provided parts are not sufficient to complete the Service, Client will be charged for the Technician's time.

Clients agrees to pay the Invoice balance at the time of the Service.

Upon making the payment, Client acknowledges:
- Client has visually reviewed the replaced parts, if applicable.

All Services are performed as agreed upon, and as described. The Client inspected/tested the vehicle and there are no issues related to the performed Service.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
-
Appointments may be rescheduled by EZ Car Clinic, due to Part(s) unavailability, scheduling conflict, and/or causes beyond our control. In such an event, Client will be notified and consulted with.

Unconfirmed appointments will be automatically dropped 24hrs prior to the appointment. Provided Estimate MUST be accepted electronically by the Client to confirm appointment.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Window is 24 hours prior to the appointment (Follow the link in appointment confirmation email or text message to make modifications). In order to request any changes to a booked appointment after the Cancellation/Rescheduling Window, please contact EZ Car Clinic via text message or phone call during business hours.

Late Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee:
- Canceled/Rescheduled appointments after the Cancellation/Rescheduling Window up to 12 hours prior to the appointment are subject to $65 Late Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee.

Canceled/Rescheduled appointments 12 hours prior to the start of the appointment are subject to $155 Late Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee.

In the event that Technician’s access to the vehicle and/or Service location is not granted within 15 minutes after Technician arrival, booked Service will be canceled and subject to $175 Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee

Service(s) & Part(s)

EZ Car Clinic Service Area is marked and posted in Our website (www.ezcarclinic.com).

All appointments are subject to a non-refundable On-Site Service Fee.
-
It is Client’s responsibility to provide a suitable location for the Service to be performed and to ensure that Technician has proper access and permission and is legally authorized to complete the Service at the location.

Diagnostics are billed per hour (one hour minimum). Service Approval is required, by Client, in the event additional diagnostic time, testing, initial Part replacement is needed to complete the diagnostic process.

Pre-Purchase Used Car Inspection:
- Inspection report is for informational purposes only and is based on the vehicle visual condition and test drive results at the time of this inspection. We do NOT provide diagnoses and/or repair estimate for any symptoms found during this inspection.

Inspection of items which require disassembling or removal of any parts or components of the vehicle will be excluded from this Service.
-
Test drive will be performed when: (i)Vehicle owner grants permission to do so, (ii)Vehicle is street-legal, (iii)Vehicle is in a suitable operating condition, (iv)It is safe to operate and drive the vehicle, pending Technician’s sole discretion.

This service is excluded from the EZ Car Clinic Limited Warranty. This Service is neither intended nor should it be construed to constitute any type of warranty.

Part(s) provided by EZ Car Clinic are subject to core fee, which will be added to the Invoice, in the event Client requests to keep the old parts. Replaced parts will be available for the Client to visually inspect upon Service completion.

Some components (such as, plastic covers, rubber composites, cooling hoses, vacuum hoses, retainer pins, nuts & bolts, bleeder screws, etc.) become fragile over time due to age, vibration, and temperature fluctuation. In the event such a component breaks or fails during Service, Client acknowledges:
- EZ Car Clinic and/or Technician will not be held liable.

Part and labor associated with replacing the failed component will be added to the Service Invoice.

Invoices & Estimates

Initial Estimate is subject to change, pending on-site inspections. Any changes to the initial Estimate must be approved by the Client.

Invoice(s) due at the time of the Service, unless otherwise noted.

Quoted parts or equivalents will be supplied for the requested Service(s).
Payments
-
Payments are to be made via cash, approved credit/debit card(s), or by any other payment method determined by EZ Car Clinic.

Payment processing fee may apply.
-
Saved credit/debit cards on file may be used to collect:
-
Due payments.
-
On-Site Service Fee.
-
Initial Diagnostics/Inspection Fee.
-
Late Cancellation/Rescheduling Fee.
-
Deposits
-
Collected Deposits will be deducted from the Service(s) total amount due.
Refunds
-
Canceled appointments within the Cancellation/Rescheduling Window are subject to full refunds, unless otherwise noted.

No refunds will be provided for the work completed or Service(s) performed.
Limited Warranty
-
Our Services are covered by EZ Car Clinic Limited Warranty, Known as EZCC Service Warranty, (referred to as “Warranty”).
-
The Warranty is provided by EZ Car Clinic and subject to the conditions stated in "Terms of Use & Policies", unless otherwise noted.
-
Service(s) provided by EZ Car Clinic is warranted to be free of defects in Material/Part(s), supplied by Us, and workmanship.
-
“Warranty Period” is 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, starting from Service(s) completion date/mileage. Engine oil change Warranty period is 6 months or 5,000 miles, whichever comes first. Battery Replacement Warranty period (valid for batteries replaced on or after September 15, 2024) is 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first.

The Warranty extends to the original purchaser of the Service and is not transferable.

Client must contact EZ Car Clinic prior to having a person or a repair facility diagnose or repair the issue which is believed to be associated with EZ Car Clinic Service(s). Failure to Contact EZ Car Clinic first in order to initiate a physical Warranty claim assessment and perform Warranty work will void the Warranty.

Upon a Warranty claim request, We will dispatch a Technician to perform an initial physical assessment (referred to as “Warranty Claim Assessment”), pending appointment availability. Your vehicle must be within Our service area or at the same location in which original Service was performed. If Warranty claim is approved, then remedial work (referred to as “Warranty Service”) will be performed either at the Warranty Claim Assessment appointment or a separate appointment will be scheduled at no cost to You.

Warranty is not applicable and/or is entirely void when:
- Replacement parts for the Service are NOT supplied by EZ Car Clinic.

Service does not include part replacement (such as, not limited to, adjustments of existing parts, diagnostics, inspections, etc.)
-
Client requests a Service which deviates from the vehicle original, manufactured, design and/or vehicle manufacturer recommendations.
-
There is a pre-existing issue/condition with Your vehicle unknown to Us prior to start of Service or discovered during/after Service completion.
-
Any damage to Your vehicle, replaced Parts, or any issue with the related Service due to misuse, neglect, alteration from the vehicle original manufactured design, Modification, tampering, adding electrical accessories, or external causes.

Warranty does not cover incidental damages or consequential damages related to the EZ Car Clinic Service(s).

Warranty cannot exceed the original amount paid for the service. Any performed Warranty Service will not restart the Warranty Period.

By requesting “Labor Only”, Client decline Warranty and any pre/post Service diagnostics and testing.
-
We reserve the rights at Our sole discretion to determine whether Warranty is applicable or void as to a particular Warranty claim.
Discounts & Loyalty Programs

Discount Codes are valid for 6 months after the issuance date, unless otherwise noted.

Loyalty Codes, Earned Credits/Points, and Benefits are valid for 12 months after the issuance date, unless otherwise noted.

EZ Car Clinic reserves the rights to determine whether Discount Codes, Loyalty Codes, Earned Credits/Points, and Benefits are redeemable and/or applicable to a particular Service.

EZ Car Clinic reserves the rights to modify “Terms of Use & Policies” at any time without prior notification.
