Cancellation Policy

Unconfirmed appointments will be automatically dropped 24hrs prior to the appointment. 2- Cancellation/Rescheduling Window is 24 hours prior to the appointment. 3- EZ Car Clinic technician arrival window is 1 hour. 4- We will keep you updated on estimated arrival time and any service updates via text messages or phone calls.
