Service Description
On Site Service (Your Location!). Our experienced technicians are prepared and equipped with necessary tools and knowledge to diagnose no-start issues. Diagnostic fee is charged per hour. Most issues are detected and diagnosed within the first hour however it might take longer pending complexity of the issue. *Additional "On-Site Service Fee” of $65.00 will be collected upon field technician arrival on-site.
Cancellation Policy
1- Appointment confirmation requires client's approval of the estimate. Unconfirmed appointments will be automatically dropped 24hrs prior to the appointment. 2- Cancellation/Rescheduling Window is 24 hours prior to the appointment. 3- EZ Car Clinic technician arrival window is 1 hour. 4- We will keep you updated on estimated arrival time and any service updates via text messages or phone calls.
